For printed materials:
STUDENTS
Undergraduates – 4 items / 30 days;
Postgraduates – 5 items / 30 days;
STAFF
Management/Academic – 20 items / 90 days;
Executives – 10 items / 30 days;
Non-executives – 5 items / 30 days;
Tutor – 4 items / 30 days;
External members – Not allowed
