Kajian Malaysia : Journal of Malaysian Studies

Kajian Malaysia is a refereed journal committed to the advancement of scholarly knowledge of Malaysia by encouraging discussion among the several branches of social sciences and humanities. The journal publishes articles, reviews and notes which by their content or approach, is of interest to a wide range of scholars. Although the journal would focus mainly on works in the field of Malaysian studies, articles with a theoretical content may also be published.

Kajian Malaysia is published by Penerbit Universiti Sains Malaysia by an autonomous Editorial Board drawn from staff members of the University. The Board is assisted by a panel of distinguished scholars from local and foreign universities.

The journal pursues a bilingual publishing policy (Bahasa Malaysia and English). The Editorial Board reserves the right to decide which language an article will appear in, and will undertake to provide professionally acceptable translations.

MyJurnal (Malaysian journals, Islam, Education, Business, ICT, Technology)

MyJurnal is a online system used by Citation and Infometric Division (formely known Malaysia Citation Centre (MCC)) to collect and index to date, 807 Malaysian journals.

MyJurnal's main objectives are to:

  1. increase access to the contents of their journals to the global community; and
  2. improve the visibility of contents, hence, encouraging usage and generating citations to articles published.

MyJurnal contains bibliographic data and full text contents of articles published in refereed scholarly journals in Malaysia, in various disciplines such as Sciences, Technology, Medicine, Social Sciences and Humanities. These articles include review papers, research notes, technical papers and working papers.

As MyJurnal caters to publishers, researchers and individuals alike, users can look forward to the following:-

  1. Intuitive and user-friendly internet-based system
  2. Convenient one-stop centre for Malaysian scholarly journals
  3. Free access to full text information of articles where copyright permits

Till date, MyJurnal MyJurnal is provided by the Malaysian Citation Centre, Ministry of Education, Malaysia.

 The Journal of Occupational Safety and Health (JOSH) is devoted to enhance the knowledge and practice of occupational safety and health (OSH) by widely disseminating research articles and applied studies of highest quality.

JOSH provides a solid base to bridge the issues and concerns related to OSH. JOSH offers scholarly, peer-reviewed articles, including correspondence, regular papers, articles and short reports, announcements and etc.

It is intended that this journal should serve the OSH community, practitioners, students and public while providing vital information for the promotion of workplace health and safety.

Jurnal Pengurusan dan Penyelidikan Fatwa (JFATWA) - Islam

JURNAL PENGURUSAN DAN PENYELIDIKAN FATWA is a refereed journal published by USIM Press (Penerbit USIM) and managed by the World Fatwa Management and Research Institute (INFAD) at Universiti Sains Islam Malaysia (USIM). It is published four times a year, in January, April, July and October. The main objective of its publication is to provide an appropriate channel for information and research publication, seminar papers, case studies and book reviews related to fatwa and halal based on original research and ideas by the respective authors.

The journal serves as a platform for sharing ideas and experiences related to the research, development and application of fatwa and halal worldwide.

The editorial board welcomes original contributions (written in Bahasa Melayu, English and Arabic) which have never been published or considered for publication by any other publishers.

Academic Conferences International

Conferences are generally hosted by the university holding the conference and ACI manages all the administrative aspects of the conference. Malaysian Theses Online (MyTO)

MyTO is an electronic theses dissertation (ETD) initiative to manage the collection of theses and dissertations of public and private universities in Malaysia. MyTO was established at the end of 2005 to be a central repository of Malaysian theses and to share the collection of theses between academic libraries in Malaysia electronically. MyTO provides easy access and retrieval through search engines that retrieve accurate search results by simple search, combination of Boolean operators, full-text search and provide the browsing feature. MyTO also provides several format of theses access for the user such as abstract, 24 pages full-text and complete full-text.
